Windows 7 is actually a good release...I've been running the beta, release candidates, and now the general availability build. So far I've been impressed. However, the only reason I run Windows is work related. I still love my Mac's better though. Brad

The bad thing about Reef Nutrition is it's very easy to over feed. I battled cyano for months when I used RN but it stopped once I switched to Rod's.

This is the AIO Cadlights with the sump on the back including the fuge (2nd chamber from left). Everything is stock on my tank. Currently I have Chaeto in the fuge. This picture was taken while I was setting up the tank.

10% weekly water changes have kept my tank going strong. I don't battle GHA or cyano (knock on wood).
