It has been up for about a year or so... I had a big long spinned urchin that kept the coralline in check but he got to big and started bulldozing everything.

Yeah I got lucky! I have had him over a year with out any problems... I Keep all my fish well fed and fat! Maybe thats why he doesnt bother the corals?

They all melted away!

Mine looked good for 5 or 6 days then started melting 1 polyp at a time.

I had a long spine urchin in my 55, if I would do a large water change the urchin would shoot alot of white clouds oult of the blue spots on its back. It would be enough to cloud up the whole tank could barely see through it..

Just changed the bulbs today... all i can say is wow I really like the new bulbs along with the other 4 I put in about 2 months ago! I was wondering if anyone has done a mesh mod to there skimmer? If so can they tell me if it is worth doing? Where to get the mesh? How often do you have to replace the mesh? Any info would be great! If they had pics that would be great too! Thanks Lance

I just got a 175w pfo ballast (thanks Brandon)Now I need to find a mogal and reflector...I would really like to find a nice looking fixture setting up a 20gallon long... I also will need a return pump, maybe a skimmer if the price is right! I dont have alot of cash to spend but I do have some acro frags I can trade. Thanks Lance

I have been tossing around the idea of stetting up a frag tank... If i can find a fairly shallow tank hopefully drilled with overflow, that would be sweet. I was thinking about a 40 gallon breeder, or what ever you have let me know. Oh yeah I am also on a budget! Lance
