My anemone is dying. so I took it out of the main tank. I have 4 tank raised clown fish bought from LFS. They are healthy. Does any want to trade for an exotic zoo or sps for clown fish?

The water is good. I just changed water 2 days ago. It took me 1/2 hour to remove it underneath a rock with crevice. It was really tough and stubborn. I put it in a quarantine tank. If it survives, I'll put it back to main tank or bring to a LFS. It's still alive but has no tentacles left. (sad)

the anemone has lost most of its tentacles. Only the body is left and contracts when I touch it. I have mandarin goby, yellow tang, blue tang, 6-lines wrasser, clowns, coral beauty

I don't think it has been touching other corals. It's isolated.

I have a red anemone for 5 months. It has been doing well until the last 2 weeks. It has been shrinking. The tentacles are not expanding as before. Some of the tenacles even disappear. It still attaches to a rock. Is this a sign of slow death? What can I do. The water is good since the LPS and SPS are doing well. Help....(scratch)

Cobalt...will the chiller work for a 100G; 2 250W bulbs?

I'm looking for a compact chiller for my 100G tank with Radium 250W X2 and 6 Actinic VHOs. I have limited space and do not want to do too much plumbing. Any recomendation on a chiller?

I have a piece of live rock in the sump. I can put one peppermint shrimp in and see if it eats them. Otherwise, I'll clean out the sump.

I see a lot of aiptasia anemone growing in my sump. I changed water last week and cleaned the sump with a scrub stick. Now they grow back in the sump. What is the best way to get rid of them? Put a pepermint shrimp in the sump or use anti-aiptasia solution?

Thanks Ryan. Can I still get a good use from a used PFO ballast 400W few years old or should I get a new one. Which LFS do you recommend for me to buy 400W bulbs, any preference on brands, ie XM, Hamilton, SPL, etc.

I'm planning to buy a PFO dual ballast 400W to upgrade from 175W ballasts. I have 2 retrokit mogul sockets for SE MH 175W bulbs. Do I have to change new set of mogul base and cord or I can still use the current mogul base for 175W bulbs? Does anyone know? Thanks.

I'm planning to sell my PFO dual 175 W ballasts (4 month-old) soon when I upgrade to 250W. I'll sell them for $140 (bought them for $270). I may keep the mogul retro kit for my upgrade bulbs.

It's hard to grasp until I see the reactor in action. I have caulapera algae in a quarantine tank. I took it out of the sump because it was too messy. I'll put some back to the sump as you recommend. I'd like to get some cheata algae if you spare some.
