  2. Coralife Turbo-Twist UV Sterilizers are the most efficient devices for ultraviolet sterilization on the market today. They feature a quartz glass sleeve with a PL compact fluorescent UV lamp surrounded by a revolutionary Turbo-Twist flow design to increase dwell time, which in turn increases efficacy. Continuous ultraviolet sterilization of your water eliminates single-cell algae for crystal-clear aquariums and also eradicates most harmful microorganisms on the initial pass through the chamber. Its triple-treatment time fully utilizes all the available UV output of the lamp and ensures that disease-causing pathogens cannot reproduce, thus decreasing the possibility of a disease outbreak in your system. Coralife Turbo-Twist UV Sterilizers have been designed for use in all freshwater and saltwater aquatic systems. * Turbo-Twist 3x: 9 watt, treats up to 125 gallon saltwater or freshwater aquariums Retails at $107.99 + Shipping I would like to do $40.00 Email - dstoneburg@comcast.net

  8. It wasnt circulated over night, since today I threw a powerhead in there, and am also keeping it heated as niles advised me to. Theres some LR rubble you get with it. I do think its still alive as I picked out a few snails and they are alive.
  9. Just want to thank everyone that came by. Stuff is clearing out fast and I love it. Thank you for taking the pics spipedog(not to mention half the stuff! .) Main post has been edited and updated, most importantly I want to get rid of the sand before it dies off.

  11. Also anyone know the best way to store Live sand? I have a feeling something bad is going to happen if I just leave it in a rubbermaid with some water... Vans - I cant get pics right now, maybe in a few days, I garuntee you would be very satisfied with it though. Its a beautiful setup.

  14. 24x13x16(lxwxh) is the footprint of this sump/refugium combo. It comes with an overflow box if your tank is not drilled. The refugium in integrated into the system, has many baffle for bubble reducing. The refugium is seperated from the sump with black acylic to eliminate light tranfer. Has a slight peice of acrylic peice missing in the top part of the system. Has a few inegrated places to have filter media such as pads and sponges. AFAIK it does not affect the working order, but may need to have a peice sealed to cover it. - $75
  15. Yeah impur is stopin by tmrw evening as well spipedong. The 55g drum is pretty neat, it has a lid with 2 holes in the top that are covered with caps, Perfect size to run tubing 1/2 or 3/4 tubing through. And the snails, for you susanne... Sure but you gotta dig em out of the sand
  16. That one is sold, but I have another which has a much nicer stand. Its in this thread.. http://www.pnwmas.org/forums/showthread.php?p=50575#post50575
  17. Hopefully impur will help me identify some of the stuff that has slipped my mind.
  18. Theres a very convenient 55g food grade safe blue plastic drum used to hold/mix saltwater, perfect for someone with a larger place and a bigger tank then me.
  19. Vans its actually a 45g 36x13x20. Its a beatufil tank/stand. The tank wil need to be cleaned out and I cant really bother with it. The tank and stand are both black, the stand is made similar to a bowfront type stand in the sense that it has the wood strips which I think look wonderful. But it isnt bowed . Has to removable shelfs inside it.
  20. The protein skimmers are ones I would sell for like $20. Theyre like coralife skimmers, theres a prizm and such. Def. used for smaller tanks.
