Hi, Yes, I've tried RC. There are so many people posting threads there that your thread quickly gets burried. I'm in no rush. I'm putting together a nano tank in the next year or so and this is one component. A new controller costs about $50 which isn't all that much. I was just looking for someone who has a controller which isn't being used. Dave
