Hi gang. Sorry I have been out of the loop. We spent the whole evening replumbing the overflow box on the 90 gallon with a gate valve and emergency drain like we saw at izzypop's at the meeting. Fantastic noise reduction! Anyway, I do not have paypal either but am fine sending a check or paying individually and with picking up at dsoz house... (I would really like a rose too:)

It was nice to put some faces with names at the meeting today. I don't have any good pics of the 90 gal I am starting yet, but here is my baby tank...:p It is an oceanic 30 gal cube with some lighting by current (one mini halide with moonlights and some pcs), trickle filter that used to run a 120g tank, and no skimmer:eek: My little tank is home to a couple of false perculas, a couple of chromis, a yellow watchman, a pistol shrimp, a hector's goby, sandsifting star, crabs, snails...some zoos, star polyps, kenya tree, toadstool leather, frogspawn, birdsnest, bubble tip anemone, an orange and a green monti cap, some zenia...and others. I will start a thread on the upcoming 90 gal when the photographer in the house gets back from his motorcycle trip to clear lake(wife)

I have never been to a meeting before...anything I need to know or bring?

I bought the tank used and running with live rock and fish and it is ready for coral to be added. I've had success with lots of other corals, just have never had strong enough lighting for SPS corals. What about iodine and magnesium and so on...trace elements blah blah blah

I have had salt tanks for 15 years, but just bought a 90gallon with intentions of setting up my first SPS tank. What additives is everyone using?
