I keep hoping when I look at this thread that there would be some great news saying you found them. Im sure you have torn your place apart looking for them. I hope so much that at this point we somehow find out who did this. And I hope that when you do, it is posted for all of us to see. Since this person was idiotic enough to do such a thing, I hope he is idiotic enough to also get caught. Tammy

Ok, rack my brain, and finally remembered Smann. What thru me off is the West Linn part. Forgot all about that he was in West Linn, I got so lost when I was looking for his place. The star polyps are doing great. For some reason leathers arent doing so hot in my tank right now.. not sure if its because of the angels or not. Thanks for the rep points Smann!! Oh I seen that. All it says is the last one I received was in 2006. A nice girl gave me rep when I bought her Orbit light for a small tank I was setting up. Thats it nothing else.

I do the same thing, I just spray the rag then clean glass. Alot of times, I just wipe with the damp rag that I was using while messing with my tank, and use another dry one to wipe.

Wow... I just read all three pages of this. I can not believe someone would do this. Im not in complete shock often, but I am now. I was over by the fireplace for awhile talking to others. I remember someone had a container up on the mantle. Is it possible that when they went remove it that the rings fell to the floor or something? I dont remember what kind of floors/rug you had, but could the rings been stepped on and shoved deep into the carpet? I dont know... just hoping that this is what happened. I dont want to believe someone would steal them. I didnt know alot of people at the meeting, but alot were familar faces. I agree that we should have a sign in sheet. It certainly not going to help this time though. I hope you find them. I hope I will be seeing a message from you saying.. "Gee, silly me. I found them." Hi Jules This is a very addicting hobby. Of all the hobbies that have come and gone in my life, this one has been around since '85. I got out of it when we first moved back here in 95, thinking I didnt want to do it anymore. I had all my fish stuff moved up here with me too. I sold the tanks but kept the matching 125 gallon stands. Not longer after I again bought a 125. Now I have a 220 FOWLR (fish only with live rock) I have alot of softies now too. Even with all the years I been in this hobby, I still know less than most everyone on here. I dont consider myself high tech with my equipment on my tank, the more I get out and go to the meetings the more I learn. It is so nice to see other people tanks. Welcome to the Club, I call it PMS for short LOL. Hope to meet you soon, are you going to the meeting? Tammy
