  1. one more, these were just bought the day i took the pics, the pink is showing up more now...i love these things....whats the most any of you reading this have spent on a single polyp? youre required to leave the response long enough for others to read it, but you might want to delete it before you wife/husband sees (wife)
  2. maybe ill have some of these to share by the time i get out there!
  3. gotcha, haha. yeah, i think my family has considered an intervention...
  4. you dont currently have one funstarfish? get out now! before its too late, its like crack....but yeah, i cant wait to get out to portland and get involved in the reefing community, hopefully all of my stuff makes it...

  6. yeah, i am sending all my stuff to Reefgeek via fedex before i start my drive for him to babysit. i am all about trades, check out thatnano-reef thread again, i just a updated it with some more pics of new stuff i got today.
  7. i havent tested in probably four months!i agree, keep your eye on your animals, they tell you everything you need to know. i also have a bi-color blenny. and an orange serpent star and black and white serpent star. this link gives some history of my tank and some pics http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=84372&hl=10g+aga i do once a week 1 gal water change with nutri-seawater
  8. its a maxima, had it for about a year in this tank. under the orbit light for about 4 or 5 months, it does great. how often do you do water changes?
  9. here is a thread on nano-reef.com, my tank diary, picture HEAVY http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=84372&st=0
  10. btw i absolutely love that little clown!
  11. i only have two powerheads, both aquaclear 400. i have one in the upper back right corner, pointing toward the fron glass center. the other is in the back left lower corner, pointing across the back of the tank, i have had it like this for nearly a year and everything is very happy. you just have to make sure that you dont have anything blocking the flow in the back, thats where a lot of detritus builds up. i have the same light too, btw. also, i have a LR addiction too, i just love the surprises you get with it, but you will quickly realize how little real estate there is in a 10g. but remember, with every piece of coral you get, thats another piece of LR, here's my tank! this is what it looked like a few months ago, my friend didnt have the time to take care of it, but now we've made it a team effort
  12. that links not working for me....i wanna see!
  13. off to a good start, looks like you have crap load of LR in there though. i use the same light on my ten, love that thing! i had my tank jammed with LR till i realized i couldnt fit any freaking coral in there anymore!
  14. love the zoos BTW, in the garden pic what are the bright reds in the very back? are those blastos?
  15. whats aefw, ive never seen that before.?
  16. looks good, cant wait to start on my 90!

  18. nope they are pretty simple, all softies except the frogspawn and the clam. sounds good then. i am going to pm some further details. thanks!
  19. actually i made some changes today, so this is what it looks like now.
  20. wow thanks for the responses guys! this has been a major worry for me so its nice to know that it may be one less thing to worry about. i guess my only question is what are your guys' experience levels? i just want to be sure my babies are in good hands!
  21. hello all, my name is ryan, and i am a reef-aholic! i am currently living in Cincinnati, but will be moving back to portland, where i am originally from (north). I am GroYurOwn on RC too. So i will soon be a paid member of PNWMAS, and am excited to take part in what is offered, but for right now i need some help. here is my tank: i dont want to leave it here, but i really dont think it will make the 3000 mile drive across america very well. so was wondering if one of my fellow reefers would like to give me a hand.(fingers) i am coming out in july, and would like to meet up with someone who i could ship my stuff to, i would purchase a 15 gal tank, a light, and a powerhead. you would just need to babysit it for about a week. i have some nice yumas, and floridas that i plan on fragging, and would be more than willing to offer them for free to my babysitter when they are ready. thanks all.
