website http://www.thereefspot.com/
Why spend 20$ for a 3/4-1" inch frag from him when you could go to upscales, waves or fanta seas and get the whole colony for $50-$60 bucks.
At least with AA they have some hard to get thingsbut they also have the price tag to match it.
When is the AA order gonna happen i could grab a thing or two. the last time i did a little group order with them they gave some free stuff and gave free shipping.

Steve lets plan for after thanksgiving then if you want to go collect I'll help out if you want to go just dive i would like to try the charter boat the badito.
I give you a shout when i get back.
Hopefully with some nice dive shots to brag about.

Collect what? I thought we couldn't keep anything' date=' especially in Oregon. I'm assuming anything kept, like starfish and flounders won't survive in our warmer tanks, or am I wrong?. I know when I've been shore fishing with my 12 foot pole, I catch all kinds of small bottom dwellers, but don't know if I could keep any in my tank. When I can afford it, I'll go get certified and hopefully find some folks to dive with.[/quote']
Yes they would die in your warm water reef tank. Steve has a cold water system set up.
-
I REALLY need to go diving though.
Lets go and break in that new truck Steve. I take off on my trip this Sunday and will be back for the weds before Thanksgiving, lets go hit the sound over the long weekend!!

any updates on the saltmix?

You can always just try a new pump like an ehiem 1260 needle wheel on your current skimmer body.

I bought the tuze 9010 for my 40 gallon breeder its alright quiet easy to set up with no real ajusting.
I would give it a 7 out of 10.

Thanks for posting the link there are a couple of very cool tanks on there.
-
Oh and on topic i follow under the rule. If I don't want to do it me-self i don't complain when peeps like stacy do it for free.
Kudos to them.

Some one owes me a frag

just FYI Ron LFS pay about 1.5 a pd for fiji live rock, some other versions can get more expensive.
-
If your a LFS and youn dont pop into rudys you would be silly, hand picking coral is nice even at his prices. Inverts are pretty safe just um beware of the fish.
-

So order frags then, if you want inexpensive frags upscales has all there on sale for 5-50$ and you get to pick out the exact frag you want.
So it sounds like the AA group buy is not happening then?
