I love my majicjack. yes i have it and it works fine. just make sure you have it connected to a good computer and you are using cable internet at a minimum. it is so much cheaper than everything else out there right now. My fiancee has had great luck making international calls to france and japan on it as well. sometimes you get a bad connection but you just hang up and call again and it works fine. for $20 per year it is totally worth it. i use a cell phone and it and that is all.

Car for Sale
Selling my car. it is nothing special but it is a good runner for work or whatever. gets 25MPG. 1991 Mercury Tracer, gray, stickshift, 1.8 litre has about 190k miles on it. I will be replacing the oil pan gasket and the valve cover gasket soon to resolve some minor oil leaks. does have a nice new stereo in it as well. I am happy to give full disclosure of any issues i have had with it but overall it works great and has never broken down on me. Blue book in this condition is $1,200 but i am selling for $1k even. i am willing to negotiate.

Hello All, Thanks to the leaders for this section. I really do feel safer selling to my fellow reefer buddies. Here is the scoop, I am moving soon to a smaller place and need to get this stuff outta here. all prices are negotiable and i may be willing to trade for needed equipment.
Dining room table with 6 chairs
This is a glass sheet with a pedistal, very elegant. the chairs are totally covered in dark emerald cloth and padded so they are very comfortable to sit in. The table measures 6' X 4' and is nothing more than a beveled sheet of tempered glass. it travels very well and can take a lot of weight.
This thing cost $1200 but i am selling for $250 OBO just to get it out of here.
Hitachi 50" Big screen TV
(Rear projection). works great and the screen is in perfect shape. this is just too big for my new place. this thing is awesome for gaming and movies. asking $450 OBO or i will sell a great surround sound/stereo setup with it for a package price of $650 even though it will make me cry a little.
Old Loveseat with reclining seats
this thing is kinda worn out but if you are handy you can get it fixed with a little effort. it is blue with a few tears and one of the reclining mechanisms needs work to function properly but overall a good seat. this thing is free to whomever can pick it up in March after the 15th. good gaming loveseat for sure.
-
thanks all. i dunno about pics, if you can ID me ho knows what could happen.
-
yup, finally getting married the 28th of march. thought i would let my reefin buds know.

you could go with stainless or titanium but in the end your much safer and simpler just drilling the hole. make sure to check it regularly to keep it from filling with salt

I have a 90 gallon display tank and a 30 gallon sump with a fuge in the middle compartment. TWV is ~110 gallons. Tank has been setup for about 3 mos and almost everything in it was ported over from a 55 gallon I had for 9 mos. I think I have ~75lbs of LR and a 2-3 inch sandbed. The only fish are 2 false percs and a recently acquired leopard wrasse. I have a reef devil protein skimmer that I'm still playing around with to get a decent volume of skimmate. I feed pellets once a day and half a cube of frozen mysis or reef mix.
Ok, a few things.
- you feed to often. you should take your feeding down to once every 2 days at the most. my fish only get fed twice a week. that will help with your nutrient import
- I got rid of the refugium a long time ago. seaweeds will take nutrients out of the water but they also put nutrients back in the water. it is not the most effective method and there are iissues associated with seaweeds releasing other problematic stuff into the tank water
- If you brought the sand over from your last tank i would recommend replacing your sand bed. sand will soak up nutrients over time and when it is full it will not take any more, additionally if you have a fluctuation in your tank chemistry the sandbed can release all of those nutrients back into the water causing a disaster. use caution with sand. i recommend going bare bottom or keeping to a lighter sandbed.
- get a decent UV and set it up so your skimmer intake is next to your UV output. UV breaks down the organics and makes it possible for you to remove phosphate by skimming.
- Water changes, this is the best and fastest way to remove phosphate. if you have a big problem you need to do a big change, just keep it 50% or less. if you need to do a big change do it all at once instead of a series of small changes. big change will remove a lot, small changes means your removing less and less each time as the new water dilutes the nasty you're pulling out.
good luck.

it is stupid because they did it to themselves. morons. I am still trying to figure out how they didn't expect retaliation for constanly lobbing rockets into israel after so long.

from the site, video description:
Initially believed to be new footage from the current events in Gaza information has come to light that this media is in fact from 2005 although it seems to have only been released in this particular form recently.
