impur
He will announce tomorrow that he is stepping down as coach and taking the AD spot. He and Kilkenney will be co-AD until next June and then Kilkenney will move on. I was hoping for 1 more year, but am also very excited to see what Chip does as HC. I hope after this year he fires Allowalotti.
Michael7979
Yeah I heard this today on the radio. Kinda feel the same...... nervous about starting up with a new HC but excited at the possibilities!!! I bet Kent getting fired happens before Kilkenney steps down and Belloti takes the AD job over completely.

R-3
Heres the latest and one of the greatest quotes from Blowlotti. "I will not pursue Bobby Bowden's or Joe Paterno's records" Like he had a chance. He needs 25+ years of 10 win seasons. HA!!!! Who does he think he is. Man I bet Bowden and Paterno are sure sweating (laugh)
tidalsculpin
I hope it puts new momentum into the program. Many were saying that it was time for a change. Glad Bellotti knows when it is time to change it up. That is just good coaching. Chip Kelly did salvage the season and brought our offense back to life. Its classic Blowlotti. Just like when every head coaching job in any sport in any country he always politely turned down.
