markdadof2 Posted May 25, 2009 Share Posted May 25, 2009 I must have a crummy batch of tropic...tested with a salifert and a Elos kit and Ca measures out at about 380 if I recall, and Mg at about 960. I'll have to find my notes for exact numbers. Eric, are you using the Pro or standard of Tropic Marin? I won a bucket of standard at a raffle and have used that. Ryan Posted May 25, 2009 Share Posted May 25, 2009 I have used that stuff Seahorse sells in the boxes (Marine Mix?) for the last year with good results! I haven't tested the last couple batches Iv made up, but it was normally coming out to 10 dkh, 420 cal, and 1260 mag. I usually add mag to it to get it to 1450 or so.
