JeffP
I recently added an Elkhorn Monti (actually, 3 spots in the tank with it) and then had to travel for work. I came home after 3 days and the coral had some really cool visible growth. The new parts were all white, and I'd say some locations had spurts upwards of 1/4 inch! This is by far the fastest grower in my tank - and all three locations are growing quite nicely, and all slightly different thanks to the flow and lighting differences! (clap) I'm trying to take weekly shots of it to document the growth - and when I get at least 4-5 good ones, I'll post 'em. What's your fastest grower? Got any progression pics in a short term (1-2 months?)
impur
My fastest grower is probably my blue mille. I get a couple new branches a month on it.

andy
Birdsnest or Pocillopora maybe? For Acros, my ice blue grows pretty fast.
Cobalt
wow. my pink birdsnest and pocilloporas and stylos havent grown a millimeter in the 4 months I have had them, although they are encursting around their base. i'd be interested in trading frags of other's fast growers! i also have a purple stag with green polyps that grows fast... mrgreenthumb
I think that there are alot of other factors that play into how fast a coral grows, specifically lighting, water quality, and flow. Certain corals are naturally going to grow faster, and for me it is definitely birdsnest both pink and green
