C0lin
Sounds good. I'll give you a call later this week. I might need to bring a friend for the long drive and some navigational assistance. Do you have any decor you might want to part with?
dstoneburg
Decor as in...?
C0lin
Stuff to put in the tank. Rocks, etc.
dstoneburg
Ahh, I only have fake decor, such as statues and fake plants, it was used as a QT tank.
C0lin
Fake is ok. I know it's probably frowned upon here, but if you want to get rid of a few and throw some in, I'd take 'em.
dstoneburg
Sure. kkkkkkkkkkk
C0lin
So I'm sure you can help me out with this. I currently have a 20 gallon aquarium which I will be replacing with this one. I'm assuming that I'll need to set it up and run for a while to get all the correct bacteria going in the rocks. I don't want to use the rock I have in the old one since it's full of algae. Should I buy some of that starting solution that provides the needed bacteria on the quick?
dstoneburg
I can explain in more detail when you come and get it. Anyways, Take the rock out of the old tank scrub it clean and then toss it into the new tank. Have water change water ready and test daily and you should be fine. Try to avoid adding chemicals. C0lin
Are the fans on the light supposed to be that loud, and do the back two bulbs need to be replaced?
