We recently adopted an 8-month-old Golden Retriever, and he's the most playful and hyper dog I've ever met. We have a 20-gallon tank of Goldfish at home, and I'm afraid he might knock it over. Oregonic Posted May 19, 2017 Share Posted May 19, 2017 I have an aussie that was super hyper for the first 6 years of his life. Playing fetch on a hill for 45 minutes a day was the only thing that would keep him calm in the house. The secret is the hill ? only way to wear them out. BTW he is the best dog i have ever owned.
