The light was long out of warranty, but they were super willing to help me trouble shoot and communication was quick and very helpful. Bad time of year for a light to go out, but we got it back to a working state and should get my tank through the holiday season. Hoping Santa brings me a new OR light for Xmass, and the kind folks at OR whatever they asked for because they are certainly on Santa's nice list!
