Ive used a direct line into the internet and done everything the same expect for a new computer. any ideas. Micah Posted October 4, 2014 Share Posted October 4, 2014 You need to hook your computer directly to the APEX with an ethernet cable in order to update it. momo3419 Posted October 4, 2014 Author Share Posted October 4, 2014 I've tried that as well. it come up with a turn off wi-fi then i can't update. when i go in with then apex hooked up to a ethernet then that to a router then i plug into the router then try it gets to a 100% on both download and web page yet it will not update.
