bswe22
So my home water supply was only putting out 20 psi into my RO unit. I got a booster pump and now it is at 80 psi. Is that too high? I thought they are supposed to run at about 60 psi.
ThePremiumAquarium
60 is what mine runs at. 80 won't hurt anything. It actually will likely run a bit better. My larger unit wants 80 but I can't get my pump to produce it even with larger pump rated for 80psi
bswe22
Ok, sounds good. I will leave it and not try to adjust it down a little. Thanks Garrett!
pnkrcklives
I run 70-75 to mine thats just what my water pressure from the house runs. My unit says it wants 65-75.
JimmyK
What booster pumps are you guys running? Ive tried a few and they all die as soon as warranty is dead. Currently just running about 60 without any pump. I run a larger unit when I run a booster pump.
pnkrcklives
I do not run a booster pump. Just lucky to have good water pressure.
