However, they really came through. I sent an email right after ordering expressing my confusion and they were very quick to respond through several email correspondences. always trying to get me what I wanted, including an eventual refund for about $20. Personal email saying when it would ship, then another one with my tracking number. it came just as expected, even with a 5ft airline for drip acclimation! of course, I was just getting hermits and some macro, so I just dunked them in after temp acclimation, everything looked active and healthy. Very pleased, and got an incredible deal on 100 dwarf blue hermits that I needed for some new rock that got some nastiness growing while in a sump (with light). they cleaned it right up, looking good already!
