H20cooled Posted February 19, 2012 Share Posted February 19, 2012 I have a like new SC 150 skimmer, these are cheap but heavy workhorse skimmers made in China, its rated for 150 gallon but I would say closer to 75 to 90 gallons. I had it on my 120gallon and it did great but as I put in more fish I felt I needed more skimmer. It comes with an Altman 2500 pump, has a solid acrylic cone body, bubble plate, and drain on skimmer cup. I also have a 2nd impeller that has mesh installed on it so you can decide if you want the mesh or needle impeller. It is an in-sump skimmer, the measurements are: 10" X 7" X 23", the pump uses 46watts. The water level is adjustable with the drain pipe, and the collection cup is removable. I only used it from Nov to Feb so it is in great shape and comes in the box. I'm also going to list it on other sites and will not hold it. I will sell the skimmer $100. Pickup in Milwaukie, OR.
