Hair algae

Hey so I noticed that I have been getting some hair algae. It just started the past week and one of my hermits was doing a fairly good job keeping it down but now he can't keep up with its growth. I checked the water this morning and parameters were; Alkalinity - 12, calcium - 400, phosphate - 0, nitrate - 0, nitrite - 0, ammonia - 0, ph - 8.1, salinity - 1.024. I feed the fish 1x a day except tuesday. I spot feed everything, and the corals get food 2-3x a week the same way. I thaw the food then rinse it before feeding. I have a hang on filter that is acting as a fuge on the tank also. Can you recommend anything to help. I will hopefully be moving everything to the 20 gallon here in the next few days but if I get the problem on there also I would like to have a better idea of what to do for it.
