JManrow
I applied last year' date=' but the prerequisites are more than I have access to.[/quote'] Other than a c-card and $175, what more were they asking for?

JManrow
off topic a bit: know any diving courses near the portland area? Check with any Dive Shop. Most, if not all, offer a certification course. http://www.wave.net/diveguy/diveshops.html

Nyles
There was a few hundred hours of logged dive time they wanted, can't remember the details but I don't dive around here, usually out of the states only so basically I was blown out of the water by experienced dive time. impur
There was an article in the paper about it. They required a TON of diving hours before you can volunteer.

oldbrownies
I forget who my instructer was there, but everyone that works there is awesome, really nice and easy to talk to, I hate it when you go into shops and its "BUY BUY BUY", they aren't like that at all there. They just love to dive and love to share it with other people.
Randy-S
The OCA bugged me over and over to volenteer for them. All they wanted from me was OW cert and 50 logged dives in local "cold" waters. I have an AOW and the dives neede but cannont commet to there every three week schedual for a year, that they were asking for.
