Rick
Okay, I just checked out the wiring diagram and it looks pretty straight forward. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

sergebmw3
i know that its not hard to figure it out but what i mean is that i had it al pluged in and it all worked before then i took it out of the garage and when i turn it un one light bulb lights up and then goes off and nothing happens. i have done some work with ballasts and wiring them up but this one is giving me trouble. hmmm
Rick
Do you have an ohm meter? If so check all of the wires for continuity. Might be an intermitent break somewhere. (Chances are it's just a bad connection somewhere)

mytshall
I have a 660 sounds like bad bulb or connection
Michael7979
If it fires or trys to fire one bulb, that should eliminate the ballast from being the problem. I too think its the connections/bulbs.
sergebmw3
Thanks guys now I need to get my hands on the ohm meeter and see what the problem is.
ReefStar
If it is not connection and there is no output on the end caps, it might be the cap that is blown out. Just replace 2 last couple of days ago. If you open up the box and there is some stuff like something blew up, it is a bad cap. Also a bad cap will have a puffy top. Two cap is about $10 at digikey including shipping.
