Well I ordered it & a day or so later got this E Mail from John (the owner of Reef Cleaners) "We are a small company, and unfortunately 2 of 3 people who run ReefCleaners.org were involved in a head on collision. We both will survive, but I am currently in the ICU, ruptured spleen, lung and broken ribs. We will try to get up to speed ASAP, in the mean time please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience this has caused you" I got this on a Sunday night,the guy was in the ICU responding to customers! I sent him a reply telling him his health is WAY more important than some snails. WELL not only did they still ship my order on the date promised, they added a bunch of extra snails to boot!
