Saltfinsax
I need to chop the side of my Spongodes. I have lost a couple branches of my light blue tip stag to him. The problem is, I think if I put to much pressure on it that the whole thing will come off the rock. So I am looking for ways of cutting it in the tank as the rock is to big. Saltfinsax
I think it's too thick, it's about 1/4" and cupped.
reefnjunkie
You'll be surprised how easy it breaks, I have one as well, the problem is it wont break where you want it to-murphys law
TheGooseWhisperer
I have some short nosed stainless steel clippers that I got from the drug store. Got a little pair of stainless steel scissors in the same area. They are nice for clipping things in the tank.

Smann
Yes, you can wrap the extension in a plastic bag then use it under water, Tip, don't turn it on until its under water!
