I just wanted to say: Thanks Tim!(clap)(clap) Beth needed to ship some corals and finally get Moto his favia frag from the group buy and I did not realize that most stores only carry 8 hour heat packs DOH! Well with short notice Tim at Westside not only opened up early for Beth but did not even charge her for the heat packs! All I can say is wow! Now that's customer service!(clap) Tim's a great guy and if you haven't, you should really check out his store.
