wegotjs
I had my partner help me clean the tank(AKA the sad wife) last night. She realized that she had put lotion on her arm's before cleaning but not till we were almost done. .(don't get me started) No problem do a water change, I had just bought a bunch of pre-mixed saltwater. I checked the salinity of the new water but oops it was only at 1.07( not busting the stores butt, we all make mistakes). I had already used all my extra salt and all the stores were closed. So this morning I had a dead flame angel and wrasse, a few snails. I did a %90 water change and am running carbon how much more water should I change and how often. Skimmer is still going crazy still. Any help would be a help.
Nyles
If you did WC 90% and carbon just keep a close eye on them, watch gills for stress and simple overall stress of the tank. If it repeats simply follow up with another large WC. Good luck.
