CoralCrazy
Went to the LFS this weekend and picked these up. Does anyone have an idea what they are? Been working on my photo taking so I hope these come out good.

dsoz
On the camera there should be a minimum distance for macro shots. I found mine on the lens. On the front of the camera near the lens there is a picture of a flower (macro symbol) and it says 0.25m/0.8ft. So my minimum focus distance is a little less than a foot. Any closer and the camera will not focus no matter what. So you move the camera back a little and then zoom in. Make sure that the camera is set to macro mode (picture of a little flower setting). The next trick is to shoot the clearest pic you can with the highest resolution. Then zoom and crop on the computer using photoshop or picassa. If the resolution is high enough you can zoom quite a bit before the quality goes down so far that you can't see what it is anymore. dsoz
