150 Gallon Reef Ready Tank $700

Hi all! My name is Sara and I'm new to the site. I was referred to you all by one of your current users who had great things to say. My husband and I didn't realize when taking on this tank that it was going to be so much more work than our smaller tank had been. We own a business, have two babies, dogs etc and unfortunately the tank isn't getting the attention that it needs. I saw a very similar 150 gallon on my local CL site selling for $500 just the tank and stand so I feel that $700 is still pretty fair for mine. There is probably 200+ lbs of rock in it, numerous fish (blue hippo tang, yellow tang, clowns, firefish, etc), a large number of inverts, the tank is drilled and has an overflow draining down into the sump which is under the tank. There is a 5 stage canister filter, heater, K6, 3 other misc pumps, the return pump is about 1200 GPH, a waterfall filter, 2 protein skimmers (only one is currently being used as it does a great job) and more. Everything will be included for a full price offer. The tank also has a matching canopy, metal halide lights (250w), and more. The dimensions of the tank are 48x36x24. We are willing to deliver or meet you somewhere as well (depending on distance we may ask for fuel reimbursement) but I'm hoping to move this fast! Thanks so much everyone! I will try to get some photos taken of it this evening. Have a great day!

P.S. We have had this tank up and running in our home for about a year in case anyone was wondering :0)

Me. I figured it was a good enough deal for someone here to check it out. I don't know them but she seems nice and its a good deal for a large tank.

I thought this is what you were looking for? :)

Yep $700. If someone offers the full $700 it's all theirs. I've had a lot of PM's about it and I forgot to mention a few details. It's glass, not acrylic so it's extremely heavy. If you have us deliver it we would be more than happy to help you get it in but overall it's in great shape. Once you have it set up I'm hoping you wouldn't need to move it anyway but getting it in will take a bit of muscle. I haven't noticed any scratches or anything like that. The stand and canopy are black though they could use a touch up. We had a 55 gallon that crashed so right in the middle of painting this one we had to set it up and get it going before we lost everything. The depth of the tank is great. You don't realize how much room they really have in there until you look at it from the side. The halide bulbs are brand new. I will include all of the salt we have left, food, etc. I just need it gone. I have pictures on my cell phone that I can text to you immediately but it will be a while before I can upload them to send them on here. I'm no good with that kind of stuff so my hubs will need to be home to help. We also have plenty of rubbermaid style tubs to load all of the rock in for transport if that matters. Thanks a lot everybody!

Not a problem! Hope you get that other tank up and going and you can join us on the forum a little more. Good luck with everything. It sounds like you have enough backups that it's sold!
