moovinfast Posted May 18, 2010 Share Posted May 18, 2010 So we want to upgrade to a large tank, but it looks like we're probably not going to have room for this guy when we do. So Im trying to gauge interest in it. Deciding between one big tank or a smaller one and keep this one. Tank is 20"x20"x15"tall. Its around 25 gallons. Made out of 1/2" think acrylic. Still in great shape. No scratches. Has built in overflow with return plumbed in through the overflow. Stand looks like a piece of furniture with working front drawer and doors. Lighting was made by me. Consists of 39 3w CREE leds. 1/3 blue and 2/3 cool white. Each has its own dimmer, so you can choose how bright and what color you want and can be hooked up to separate timers. Ive been able to keep everything under them. Softies, annemonies, and have had nice growth and color on SPS. Light stays nice and cool and doesnt add heat to the tank. The heatsink is still cool to the touch after running all day. All the tank would need is a sump. I have it hooked into my other tanks sump right now, but I will include the return pump and the power heads if wanted. Going to move corals, livestock, etc to the larger tank. Asking $550 Or trade. Looking for 2 decent used Barracuda pumps?(return and closed loop) Nice used skimmer for a 240 gallon tank Other?
