My DIY 93gal cube progress

Recommended Posts

Well saturday was a good day i was able to finish my stand. I've already got a ton of pix, and while this won't be my official thread, I wanted to share what i've accomplished so far :D

Ideas, comments and questions are welcome as always!

So this is going to be about as much DIY as you can get. If i had the means to make the pumps and light i would (laugh). The only other thing i didn't make is the sump, skimmer, and 2 media reactors for GFO and carbon(although i did actually make one of those).

It started with an idea of what i wanted in a tank

This expanded into what i wanted in the room the tank would reside in

Thanks guys!!

Nyles you are already slated to be a helper (laugh)

I still need to track down some 36" clamps so if anyone has some i could borrow or knows a place with good prices i would appreciate it. I'm only going to need to use them for a couple days, then i don't think i'll have a need for them. I'd rather not spend $80 on clamps for 1 day of use.

If i can track down the clamps in the next week or so, i plan to build the tank on May 2nd.
