jgf86123
It's propagating, perfectly normal, but, it can be caused by stress or abnormal water conditions. Whats your parameters?

jgf86123
Go for it, shouldn't hurt. What kind of lighting are you running and what size tank?

dsoz
That anemone has some nice color. If it is splitting then you will have a nice trade piece in a couple of weeks. Watch it though, if it has started to move you may be in for a surprise (not in a good way). An anemone on the move may kill corals or find their way into a powerhead or overflow. dsoz
timwald144
Do they normally poop when they split? It did that last night also. I can see some poop coming out of it again tonite. Its still inflating and deflating. Here is another picture
timwald144
If you look close you can see the waste.
