bswe22
It looks like you need to get that tank centered up on the stand. I am not sure what will happen with that on side not fully supported. Other than that, looks great.

Kevman
Hey Tim Welcome to the forum...I have to ask,,,"Do you have a Sump under there".
timwald144
No I do not have a sump running yet. Im in the process of building it. What size of tank do you Recommend for a sump on a 55 gallon?
jgf86123
the biggest size that will fit under you stand is generally a good rule of thumb
jgf86123
and to be on the safe side, I'd find some way to move your stand so you can center your tank, thats extremely dangerous, no matter how sturdy it seems to be, especially when your considering the damage that would ensue if your tank was to crash on you. timwald144
Ok thanks one more ? Can you mix a true perc with a black clown?
jgf86123
It's possible, but, you also stand a chance of having 1 kill the other, it's generally understood that mixing of species is a bad idea. My recommendation is going with a pair of tank raised black and white ocellaris clowns, and one of our own members, Barelycuda, breeds the Australian variety, which to me have more striking colors than standard black and white ocellaris.
