Algae
Anyone have any thoughts on these? I like the idea that they are smaller and do not have a habit of moving very much plus the color morphs are are extremely variable.

Algae
No problem really. I'd just like some experiences. I've always stayed away from anenomes because I've heard that some can live to be 100 years old in the wild and I have seen too many relatively inexperienced keepers get anenomes without understanding reefkeeping. Hoss
I own one that I got as a hitchhiker. It was the size of a dime when I first got it and has grown to almost 6 inches in diameter. I have had it for like 4 years now. It can move, but has only done so once since I first saw it. It has been in the same spot now for 2 years. Definitely one of my favorites. It's really very hardy, and has survived all the stupid things I've done to my tank over the years. Here's a pic from today:
ciao
If you want to see an huge anemone, you have got to go visit Tim at Westside. Can't remember the type it is but it's at least a foot across but probably slightly bigger!
