puntific
Does anyone ever slice a zoa or payly down the middle like a schroom? puntific
impur
No i think that would kill the polyp. But on some zoas/palys like the PPE, you can cut between the polyps. This will speed up the growth of a new polyp at the area you cut.
aguess
if you can cut one close to the base, you can glue an individual polyp to a rock and it will grow from there. These "eye of god" zoas grew from a single polyp. (3 there)
