If it is a FOWLR, the fish don't depend on color temperature, etc. so it is just for looks. Personally, I would go for whatever is cheap! It has one actinic bulb in it that will realy make the colors pop for fish. If you talk nice to me you can come get it and try it and see how it looks till you find something better.
