I really prefer electronic ballasts but will consider anything. Really just want a full setup but can piece one together if enough offers come up. I have some great corals I can trade with. Byrd Posted November 11, 2009 Share Posted November 11, 2009 I have a 400 watt MH from the 'ol hydroponics days, and may have a few other 400 watt MH ballasts, mogul etc, I can look. Also have a 1000 High pressure sodium that migh be able to be converted. Just not sure if you are wanting a single 400 watt unit or if you want to get both units at the same time. It is a electronic ballest, but it was a kit that I ordered and made myself. I ran it for about 1 1/2 years with no problems.
