Arman
i have a seaclone75 protein skimmer, for my 55 gallon reef aquarium. latley the skimmer seems to not produce very much skimate, only making about 2 tablespoons worth in a week or two of running, and i feed my fish and inverts flake food and mysis shrimp daily. is this ok? is it working okk? should i get a new one, or just stick with this one? thanks for any help, -arman
reef165
Take it out and clean the entire thing including the pump.
nwcoralfarm
Seaclones are.......well lets just say, not great. They will work but from my experience are not worth the materials they are made from. I would buy a new one.

nwcoralfarm
I seemed to miss the part where you said lately. I would still recommend a new one but if you are just looking to get it back to where it was then I would second what reef165 said.
