I only take 1-2 depending on the species, if they are communal or not. Keep them in a large 10 gallon naturally set to the way they are accustomed to. If I get them from Marys Peak, I take some rocks, dirt & hides from where I took them. Same for desert species. They get crickets & mealworms, water. They are fun to watch, easy to keep. Since I work with ODFW & sometimes USDA/ODA (thats who regulates bugs in Oregon & the U.S) it was easy for me to find out about legalalities surrounding taking scorpions from the wild. As long as you are not taking them for resale use, you can "harvest" as many as you want, within reason of course. Talking to some of the professors from OSU, they are more than happy to help you find where they are at & give you as much info as you are needing. Kim
