nwcoralfarm
Don't pull it just yet. Can you post some pics and some tank specs?
Rick
Is this the first anemone you have had? If so then this may be reasonably normal although it would mean it is unhappy. (They occasionally suck into themself some or will open the mouth wide a belch stuff) These both mean they are unhappy about something so the right action would be to try to determine the issue and correct it. (water flow, food, temperature, lighting, alkalinity, etc.) While it's rare anemone's can also spawn (more often they simply split in home aquaria). If they do then it would explain the cloudy water and perhaps whatever the ball is you mentioned. you might search on the topic of anemone's spawning in addition to the pics and parameters. Probably want to run some carbon as well for a few days to help clear up whatever caused the cloudy water.

tom_c55
im pretty sure its splitting now and that it was probably just stressed and releasing goop and thats what clouded yhe water
nwcoralfarm
Sounds reasonable, you do have to be careful though. When these things die they can pollute your whole tank and take everything down with it. Glad to hear it worked out
