  1. Algae and aptasia got me, along with needing to take vacations and not having good enough help. I've already gifted my fish and urchins, but I've got some zoas, green star polyps and bubble tip anemones on the rocks (that also have aptasia). I hate to just kill them. Does anyone here have a desire for free live rocks with these creatures on them? Maybe you've already got the aptasia-eating nudies and they're hungry? I live in Vancouver, WA. PM me please if you're interested.
  2. I am tearing down my tank and have one black ocellaris clown to give away. She has been sort of aggressive towards the smaller, so I'm guessing she turned (or wants to turn) female. I got her as a juvenile and I've had her about 6 months. I can't beat my algae problem and have decided that I just travel too much for this hobby. Pick up in Vancouver, WA.
  3. Super entertaining guy who cleans my clowns, but he won't leave my anemone alone and they're all hiding from him. Pick up in Vancouver. DM for location.
  4. Thank you! I was hoping for something not in the $300 range though.
  5. I have a Marineland powerhead in a 20 gal tank and it seems like it's too strong for my new little black clowns. They swim furiously when it's on and seem to stick to one corner. (I've shut it off.) Does anyone have a recommendation for a powerhead or wave maker that moves the water but is maybe intermittent or can be scheduled to be on and off and also has a slower speed than most others? Thanks so much
  6. My friend and I would love some. She’s got a quarantine tank that we can put it in whenever you’re ready to gift it. Thank you!!
  7. Thank you! I’ll have mostly fish and anemone, but I’d be interested in soft corals after I’m more established.
  8. I’ve got a friend here who is helping me start a little 20gal tank. I’m almost through my nitrite cycle and will add a couple clowns in a week or so. I’m thankful for all of this shared knowledge!
  9. Me too please for a polyp. I’m friends with mapolski so we can gather them together.
