Ha, no. McMurphy is close to my real name so it’s been my online persona for years. RP McMurphy is the main character in Cuckoo’s Nest (big fan of Kesey) so I doubt I’m the only one who’s used it.

Thanks for the feedback. Up until this year I was renting and it wasn’t an option. Suppose it’s time to revisit getting one. Any noticeable hit on your water bill? Edit: In fairness to Cuttlefish it’s $2/5 gal. Point is still taken.

I’m going through 15 every two weeks give or take. Central air with the cold weather really dries the house out.

Looking for recommendations for water in East Portland as my previous source is now unavailable. Currently driving to to Cuttlefish (and have been going there for years for coral and livestock) but it ends up being a 45 min round trip just for 15 gallons of water. I only have a Nuvo 20 and 12 gallon long so it doesn’t really make sense to set up my own system. Looking for real life experience with sources. Thanks!

Thanks Flash, but my zoas are all pretty well established on the main rocks except for the 3 new frags I just got a couple weeks ago. They were dipped before they went in but dips don’t kill eggs and I guess I didn’t see them. You can PM me if you like as far as knowing where I got them. I’ve only bought frags from a single place for the last couple years so I know where they came from but don’t want to out anyone on the forum.

Thanks for all the feedback. Agree that it’s most likely eating zoas. Think I found another one last night. Might need to try some Flatworm Exit. Anyone have experience using it? Any helpful advice if so?

Been a long time since I’ve had any in my tank but recently brought home a few new zoas and found this guy on the glass. I have quite a few orange zoas and some of them have been pretty pissed off. Anyone confirm for me? It’s already out of the tank. Thanks!
