  1. You should definitely think about having your PCP complete a prior authorization through the insurance-- many times when the insurance denies a claim there is an appeals process that your provider can do to get the medication covered. If you need the medication-- you should not be denied it by the insurance! You may just need to find a provider who is willing to do that for you.

Otherwise, meds from Canada or Mexico can often be equivalent but significantly cheaper. The issue that you can run into is the purity of the product and unwanted additives that may have nasty side effects. You just have to be careful....

  2. Selling my 75g drilled tank + cherrywood canopy + stand + sump + LED lighting. The pictures below are from my old house in AZ. You have to forgive the fact that there is red cyano everywhere in the tank-- at the time I was so busy I did not have time for much tank maintenance and the tank suffered as a result. However, I loved the tank so much that I moved the tank up here to Portland with me. In thinking things over-- I want to move forward on a larger tank, but this was was just a bit too large and I don't want to risk having more than I can handle in terms of a tank and letting things suffer again.

The tank is in great shape other than sitting dormant for the last 1.5 years. If my memory serves me correctly the front glass panel is Starfire glass. It was too dark in my garage for me to determine what the lighting fixture is-- but I can try to figure out the name tomorrow. However, it was name brand LED that honestly was okay. Probably would recommend an upgraded light fixture if you want SPS.

I am going to keep the return pump and skimmer, but could be talked out of them if you really wanted the set.

As for a price, hoping to get $400.

  3. Here are some info on my website:

    http://www.reefi-lab.com/index.php/product/

Yes, you can control spectrum.  However, certain colors are tied together in the same channel so they will be controlled together.  Basically there are 5 Channels, each channels are individually controllable.  You can control and program each unit with any web browser or with my Android APP.

    Ch1:  Royal Blue 450nm

Ch2:  Mix Royal Blues and White 4000K

    Ch3:  Mix UV1 420nm and UV2 395nm

Ch4:  Mix Deep Red and Cyan

    Ch5:  Royal Blue 450nm

That looks awesome! Will keep this in mind-- am picking up a kessil tomorrow, but otherwise would consider this!

  4. ReeFi will be lighting the frag tanks this year at Bob Moore Frag Swap. I also do a live demo. Will also have a few units for sale.

I have not seen this unit before. Is it fully controllable in terms of the spectrum? Tried to look it up online but aside from the facebook page it was slim pickings in terms of info!
