acrylic will not work, it will warp and look horrible

what are the exact dimensions? i may have a piece of double wall polycarbonate big enough just laying around.

also, i am remaking the screen top to my DT so i will have a big piece of 1/4" plastic netting in a couple days. you would just need to get some parts from home depot... like $10.

well, i tried to make one of those amazing aquascapes like you see on the internet. All i managed to make was a big mess. lol.
I was constantly trimming and accidentally ripping plants out. Maybe my hands are too big for a planted tank??

I started a 55 Gallon Planted aquarium last year and quickly realized I suck at it [emoji4] I find it to be more difficult than salt,  but was intended to be a low tech low maintenance system, turned out to be a disaster. I intend to add a fully automatic Co2 system to the tank, swap the substrate and rebuild.

I have both types of tanks.

Wondering who else is doing both in the Portland area and who is growing plants?

I’m looking for a new home for my emperor who has started changing from juvenile to adult. He has an issue on his face which I believe is Hole in the Head or lateral line disease. He seems otherwise healthy and happy. The scarring seems unchanged for a few months. Since he looks a little weird I don’t feel right about asking for money but I wouldn’t mind trading for some zoas or cool mushrooms. Anybody want to give this guy a go?
