  1. Here is the tank after I refilled it and added rock and sand. Drilled the rocks and cemented in acrylic rods to keep them sturdy. I mixed some of my nicer live rock with some dry pieces I got from reefcleaners to do the aquascape.
  2. I used the hole for the return plumbing as an emergency drain, so I had to route the return over the back and fashioned a u-tube to hookup to my Loc-line.
  3. The plumbing that came with the tank seemed fine at the time and I installed it and filled the tank just to find out it was way too loud for my little apartment. This was the kit. I hated it so much that I drained the tank and tore out the plumbing and made a herbie instead. Running totally silent now!
  4. The stand that I ordered with the tank is pretty sturdy although its a rather cheap ikea style setup heavy particle board with those twist lock fasteners.
  5. Hello, I wanted to show a little of my new tank. It took me about 3 months from start to finish. It was a tank transfer from an NC28 to the 70g Cadlights Artisan II. I have been doing lots of customization to the system over the last few months and documenting most over on RC before I discovered PNWMAS, so I thought I could share some of the highlights of my build to a more local crowd. Here is the tank I started with. Plenty cramped inside so my only option was to upgrade So I decided on this slick little number. 70g Cad Artisan II (10mm rimless starphire)
