  1. I'm moving and would like this sold. I had it running on my 220 gallon just fine but probably wouldn't recommend too much larger of a tank for this reactor. The Co2 tank still has some gas and the chamber still has some media. Fire it up and go! The regulator was just bought 4 months ago- $125 for all
  2. Alright, how's 200 a piece sound today only. These were built 12/2013. Price firm. They get boxed too after today....
  3. Includes all that comes with the lite as well as ph probe. $200
  4. After toying on the idea of keeping my lights or not for my pending move, I have decided to sell them. I have 4 of the Reefstar Alpha 120 units available that each include a wireless remote. For those out there who have had the pleasure of using these, you can attest to the fantastic color these units provide. These lights were built in late 2013 so they are still very new. I will sell individually for $250 I also have the control box available which I would sell for $75. If you buy all four lights, I'll throw it in for free as well as the rail kit that you see in the above photo.
  5. Last call $375 or it's off to storage for a few months.......
  6. Great to see pics of that beauty and thanks for the bump!
  7. Bump for your inner voice saying buy it!!
  8. I posted this on Facebook during the Pnwmas temporary blackout, but figured I try to post on the website now. For sale is my currently running acrylic 220 gallon with built in overflow. Also included is a 60 gallon sump, matching canopy and stand & return pump. The tank is 70x24x28 and could use some buffing. $400 bucks takes price is firm. This is cheap way to upgrade or startup your own reef. (Lights and Skimmer Not included)
  9. This is truly a low point. Darryl you will be missed! Please keep in touch.
  10. Thought I'd hold onto these for my pending move but think I'm going to sell them. Both work nicely and pushing water around my empty 220 gallon tank. One of the wetsides was replaced about 3 months ago. How's $225 each or two for 400 sound?? Text me for quicker response 503-449-7493.
  11. Hurricane Sandy really hit home for my wife and I too, as she was visiting NYC when the hurricane reared its ugly face. She thankfully relocated awayfrom her hotel in lower Manhattan on Monday to one closer to the airport as she tried to catch any flight she could to get home. Luckily she was finally able to catch one yesterday morning when JFK finally had partial service restored. All I can say is I am extremely thankful that she is home safe and sound!
  12. Hopefully the link is working now. This is a nice prosphate reactor - very similar to the two little fishies 150 reactor but larger. Travis at upscales had them for 40 bucks not too long ago.
  13. What are you selling the purple tang for?
  14. Well technically the first two were rescued - extremely thin and probably not going to make it as they refused food. I thought for sure the third one would make it, but sure enough by the end of the second week- a goner. The fourth one had come from a local store (won't mention names)that believes copper is the answer for all fish alike, and as soon as the copper wore off, this fish became listless and stressed immediately. And finally number five looked great from the start but hid immediately when released in my reef and not caring to eat anything offered. I gave up at that point and told myself it's just not meant to be. Finally after a few months I was in another local shop and saw the powder brown. His demeanor appeared more assertive and was eating like a pig. He does great in my 180 gallon reef tank.
  15. Ok, so probably every one of us reef a holics have tried to keep a particular fish or coral and have done so unsuccessfully despite our best intentions. For me, my fabled unicorn has been the powder blue tang. After five attempts, I am happy to say I haven't been able to keep one of those particular fish alive but have found success in keeping a powder brown tang alive, which are similarly very difficult. I can't say that I've done anything much different then the last fish except keeping a very close look on my nitrates. It is truly a stunning reef fish!
  16. Geez I wish you were closer, I'm like a kid in a candy shop looking at those frags!!
