What is the lighting requirements on the frog spawn?

Coralife aqualight 48" with two T5 lights for a total of 108 watts this is the pro model. I paid 169.00 Im asking 100. The bulbs are only one month old.

I talked with him and he told me he bought them in a huge shipment about 6 months ago so if thats the old style then it is. He said he got such a good price that he thought he would give it to his customers.

Those are good prices but you have to wait for them. I just thought I would try and help a few local guys out by saving some dough. Thanks for the link to that ebay guy he does have some good prices also. I like to support the local guy as much as possible.

I went to my local farm store in forest grove OR and he had some of the cheapest powerheads I could find even online. The name of the store is The Farm store in forest grove check it out.

I am looking at going to metal halide lights. There is one that im looking at that is 516 Watts with T5 and moon lights, or should I go with the 300 watt one without the T5 but it has moon lights? I have a 55 gallon reef tank standard size.
