  1. tank

Clay.......you need that tank. F' the corner one, lets move this bad boy in!!! We could video us fumbling that thing up the stairs and probobly get 600 people on here that would pay a buck to fall off their chairs laughing!(nutty)

  2. GREAT fish!!

Clay, you also need to hang some plastic downstairs to catch the sheetrock.

Tang $120, Chiller $200, calling your buddy and having him help save your tank....priceless

  3. "And hats off to you for jumpng in with a 250 gallon-at least it will take time for the "swings" with that water volume-LOL, you got to have DEEP pockets to stock that tank-I forgot how many Thousands I have dumped into mine-

you must be single also, or seperate bank accounts"

If I had only read this 2 weeks ago..............

Just keep reading! This is a great forum, lot's of help, great people etc. My mentor and I set up a few "coral purchases" 125 mile away and we got to see some great stuff! Different ways of running these systems, lighting techniques and livestock. I would do it again every night after work if the wallet would allow. Don't be afraid to post questions. Seems like they have already been there, done that and asking first seems to help loosing livestock or making expensive wrong decisions later. GOOD LUCK!

  4. GOT CRABS?

LOVIN' the scarlets. Yes, tubo snails are rough and seem to knock over a few things. Experimenting with super glue right now to keep it all in place and contrary to popular belief...it will stick your fingers together underwater. I have heard wearing a rubber glove for a day will release the aftermath much quicker. (nono)

  5. On a 50g I have heard that the Remora C with the 1200 pump seems to work well as long as you use the micro bubble trap. A buddy of mine recommended the hang on style for the smaller tanks and he has been spot on with all of his knowledge!

  6. I am new to the Salty world and It has been a whirlwind of learning and beauty. My checking account reads like a 13 year old identity thief on a shopping spree at all the local fish stores. I would not as made it as far in this short period without ClaytheSavageFraser!! A shout out to him and all of his knowledge that seems to have been shared by those of you here and a few other forums. Thanks to all!! However, as the spending spree on set up stuff has come to a complete stop, I am without GREAT looking corals. I am able to maintain frags, but they look sparse and I am hoping for a coral christmas. If there is anyone out there with softball size corals that is looking for a good deed, a pass it forward kharma induced high, a simpathy give or just a hey you lucked out my wife doesn't like this georgeous monster coral then let me know. I am your man, your goodwill reciever and can assure you I will cherish whatever living gesture you can spare.;)
