So after the mess with the flood in my Apt. and having to move and rearange everything I figured I would take a before and after picture. I am terrible with the camera settings (and the LED's aren't helping) so the pics are a little over-exposed but almost everything lived through the move.

And I got everything running through my controller and 1 plug using these cool powerstrips.

The only issue I have now is that I can't stop looking at the tank instead of the the TV(laugh)

OK cool Kate, Dave if you want to use it, its at OIAB and I'll tell them to let you grab it.

Kate you can borrow it for sure. At this point Tony at OIAB has it and I will be out of town until Thursday. Then you are welcome to use it. And I leave town for 3 or 4 days a week so you should have plenty of time to kill things.

p.s. we did try some of the nuisance palys and they take a little longer to kill than the mojanos.

This is gonna be awesome, plus you oughta get something for advertising Direct TV. lol

I got this thing and it seems to work. It really wasnt as exciting as I had hoped.

I was hoping for more of a "Emperor zapping Luke Skywalker" kind of show, but I guess watching Aiptasia "melt" is cool too.(rock2)(laugh)

Mine should be here Thursday too so if you can't meet up with breefcase mine should be available by the weekend.

I was planning on trying it on a couple of paly colonies that shouldn't be in my tank too. I will let you know what happens.

Honestly, looking at what you have, if you set it on plywood and then styrofoam your going to see that. You dont have a lip of any sort to hide that stuff. Plus I thought the point of the plywood is to support the weight when there isn't a rim around the bottom.

I have plywood under mine but it was hidden on my stand by a 1-1/2 inch lip and it was just to raise the tank up in the stand. I also have styrofoam under my sump because it is a acrylic box with no sort of bottom rim so the foam evens out the weight or levels it or whatever.

That little angler at OIAB is freakin sweet! I'm afraid he would get lost in my tank or I would buy him.

I was at the Hilton Vacation Suites waaay up the strip. Me and my GF walked all the way down to the Hooters Casino to meet friends and decided to take the bus or a taxi for the rest of the time. lol
