Holy crap that's nice! The front is off the ground like a the Grand National in F&F! Yes sir! The new body is not as aggressive as I'd like. I kind of like the boy racer looks of the previous car. I love the fenders and the stance. I know you BMW guys knock it for its look ;-). It's leagues above the old car in refinement. I can actually hear my passengers and the ride is comfortable. There's a little more body roll than the previous car... but when it hits the twisties, the overall handling is much better. It actually works as a daily driver, although it's hard for me to keep my foot out of the gas pedal. sub 5 sec 0-60's for everyone!

what are you trying to catch? Just curious. Hitchhikers are a definite worry of mine.

are you using the stock pump or did you upgrade it? If you didn't upgrade it, do you think it's enough flow?

Sounds cool TAD, I'll drop you a line when I get back in town. Heading to Washington D.C. tomorrow get fly back on Sunday... then leave for Alaska on Tuesday... fly back on Friday... Then leave for Seattle on Monday... drive back late on Wednesday. This is going to be a LONG month.

My mom keeps my beagle (his name is Murray) back home in Tx. We'd both be devastated if something happened to him. Sorry for your loss man. Really sad :-(

Thank you Chewie! I'm leaning towards the same tank or a tank of the same size to turn into a refugium. I'll push them together and do a "FW meets SW" set up.

Thanks Bob, the blue spot is awesome. He even came out to say hello to me yesterday. I will say the personal pressure is on regarding aquascaping this tank. There's a huge Solana owner's thread on reef central. I've noticed the majority of the Solanas (and nanos for that matter) follow the same general idea for the scape. There are obviously a lot of constraints with fitting a decent amount of rock in a tank this size. It kind of lends itself to a mound of rock in the middle. If I have a cookie cutter tank, I don't want a cookie cutter scape! Don't be disappointed everyone if my tank comes out looking "normal." I have every intention to do something different though.

what did you use for a light?

A lot of people asked on Reef Central including myself. Doesn't seem like anyone knows. I might try calling or emailing the manufacturer.

I was thinking about it... but i'm thinking i'm going to plumb a 5 gallon macro algae display refugium above it.
